Sunny skies expected across much of Texas

Sunny skies were expected across much of Texas on Tuesday with highs in the 80s in many areas.
Mostly sunny skies were expected Tuesday with highs in the lower 90s. By evening, lows were
expected in the mid-50s to lower 60s.
In Hill Country and south central Texas, mostly sunny skies were expected with highs from the lower
80s in the northeast to the upper 80s in the southwest.
Mostly sunny skies were expected in southeast Texas and the upper Texas coast with highs from 80
to 85. By evening, partly cloudy skies were expected with lows in the mid and upper 50s inland and
the mid-60s near the coast.
In deep South Texas, mostly clear skies were expected early. Skies were then expected to be partly
cloudy with highs from the lower 80s near the coast to the mid-80s in the west. By evening, mostly
clear skies were expected during the evening. Skies were then expected to become partly cloudy with
lows from the lower 60s in the west to lower 70s near the coast.
In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, partly cloudy skies were expected with highs in the mid-80s. By
evening, mostly cloudy skies were expected with a slight chance of showers and lows in the upper
50s.
In the Panhandle, mostly cloudy skies were expected with a chance of showers and thunderstorms
and highs in the mid to upper 60s. By evening, mostly cloudy skies were expected with a slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms and lows in the upper 40s.
