Mason 16, Bangs 7

BANGS -- Mason scored the first 13 points of the game and held on for a 16-7 victory over Bangs Friday night in a District 25-2A game.

The win improved Mason to 3-2 in district games while Bangs fell to 1-4.

Bangs' only touchdown came with 6:45 left in the third quarter when Toby Conner scored on a 70-yard run. Josh Woods added the PAT kick.

Bangs matched Mason's 188 yards rushing, but the Dragons were hurt by four interceptions.
