The win evens Sterling City's record at 4-4 and keeps the Eagles in the playoff hunt with a 2-1 District 12-A record. Robert Lee is 3-5 and 1-2.

Thomas ran 1 yard for the game's first touchdown and then passed 18 yards to Chase Horde was another, both scores coming early in the first quarter. Sterling City scored again with 54 seconds left in the first.
