Roby 52, Knox City 15

KNOX CITY - Lance Moore rushed for 174 yards and a touchdown to help Roby to a 52-15 crushing of Knox City here Friday night.

The win was the first of the year in four games for Roby while Knox City falls to 2-2.

Roby led 25-0 entering the fourth quarter, but both teams combined for 42 points in the final 12 minutes.

Knox City scored its points in the final quarter as Nefro Gonzalez passed 12 yards to Aaron Large and ran 10 yards for scores. He also passes to Miles Richardson for two points.

The Lions got big points on a 55-yard kickoff return and a 47-yard interception.

Roby led 14-0 at halftime on Moore's TD run and a touchdown pass from Jeremy Griffith to Micah Evans.

Michael Baez had 116 yards rushing for the Greyhounds.
