Stephenville 50, Everman 6

EVERMAN - Stephenville opened District 6-4A play in a big play, blasting Everman 50-6 here Friday night.

The No. 5 state-ranked Yellow Jackets are 4-0 on the season while Everman is 2-2.

Kelan Luker passed 48, 63 and 16 yards to Cody Cardwell, who also ran 41 yards for a touchdown for Stephenville.

Luker completed 10 of 18 passes for 378 yards.

Zack Hunter and Kevin Wright ran 1 yard for second-half touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets.
