II Cross Country - Rugema runs away from field; Abilene Christian University takes 2nd (Staff and correspondent reports) CHINO, Calif. — Abilene Christian University runners took first and second, but Western State (Colo.) placed five runners in the top 10 Saturday to beat the No. 1-ranked Wildcats at the NCAA Division II men’s national cross country championships at Prado Park.
